Polispec Agri Solution Portable
Polispec Agri Solution Portable is a handheld NIR spectrophotometer for rapid in-field analysis of forage, silage, grain, TMR, slurry, digestate and faeces. It brings nutritional analysis directly to the farm, delivering dry matter, protein, fibre, starch, fat and advanced indices within seconds to support precision feeding, quality control and ration management.
Operating across the 900–1700 nm NIR range with InGaAs technology, the instrument analyses unprepared agricultural and livestock materials, including fresh forage, silage, grain, meals, TMR, slurry, digestate and faeces. Results are available within seconds, helping users check raw-material quality, adjust rations and manage nutritional variability.
Alongside conventional chemical parameters, Polispec Agri Solution Portable provides advanced indices for ration and feed-efficiency assessment, including TMR homogeneity, selection, digestibility and forage energy indices.
A distinctive feature of the platform is NIR analysis of faeces, which supports on-farm assessment of actual digestibility and ration effectiveness.
