Polispec Agri Solution Combine Harvester is a machine-integrated NIR system for real-time grain quality analysis during harvest. It measures key parameters such as moisture, protein and starch directly on the product flow and generates georeferenced quality maps to support grain segregation, traceability and precision farming.
Applied to combine harvesters, it allows for continuous monitoring of the actual grain quality during harvest, transforming each step into a source of high-value data.
The system measures key quality parameters—such as moisture, protein, starch, and other crop-specific indicators—directly on the product flow, eliminating the need for sample analysis and providing comprehensive, point-by-point information in real time.
This allows not only to understand crop quality, but also to actively manage it during the harvest phase. Immediate data availability allows for the implementation of early product segregation strategies, differentiating flows based on quality and maximizing the market value of the grain.
The georeferenced data allows for the creation of field quality maps, which are essential for:

The system is supplied as a Plug & Play solution, directly connected to the ISOBUS terminal (VT) in the cab. The Polispec application is integrated as an ISOBUS implement via a dedicated object pool, allowing complete system control from the on-board terminal.
No additional devices are required: a single cable connects Polispec to the VT.
This configuration ensures simple installation and allows for quick system transfer between compatible machines.
In this case, a dedicated control unit manages the software and communication between the Polispec sensor and the ISOBUS terminal. The ISObox is installed between the device and the VT, adding a level of operational flexibility.
This solution is particularly suitable when frequent use is required, whether installed on the machine or in portable mode.
This configuration is available in addition to the system, with either an internal processing unit or an ISObox.
The system can be integrated with an ISOBUS-compatible connection control unit, capable of collecting data directly from the machine and making it available in real time.
This solution is particularly useful when the on-board terminal does not have data logging or cloud connectivity capabilities.
Data is stored, organized, and automatically transmitted to cloud platforms, making it accessible remotely for analysis, traceability, and business management.
The machine-installed system can also be configured for portable use using a dedicated kit, allowing analyses to be performed directly in the field or on raw materials.
The kit includes a tablet, wireless connectivity, batteries and a charging system, as well as an adapter plate for portable use of the instrument. Polidata software and licenses for specific calibration curves are also included.

Poliprocess is the software module designed for integrating the Polispec system into agricultural machinery and processing plants. It fully manages the acquisition, processing, and contextualization of NIR data during operations.
The software is compatible with CANBUS and ISOBUS architectures and uses a dedicated application on an ISOBUS terminal (VT) as a user interface, allowing direct control of the system from the cab.
