Polispec Agri Solution Feed Mixer Wagon
Polispec Agri Solution Feed Mixer Wagon is an NIR system designed to monitor the nutritional quality, dry matter and homogeneity of TMR in real time during ration preparation. It turns the mixer wagon into a tool for controlling the ration actually delivered, reducing variability, loading errors and mixing inefficiencies.
The system moves control beyond the ration formulated on paper by analysing the actual TMR during mixing. It verifies not only dry matter, but also nutritional consistency and the level of homogeneity achieved before distribution.
Rather than assessing raw materials alone, Polispec measures the final result of the loading and mixing process. This helps identify issues caused by inconsistent ingredients, moisture variation, weighing errors, unsuitable mixing times or uneven distribution.
Each load can be recorded and compared with the formulated ration, creating a history for monitoring stability, repeatability and process drift. The data helps farmers, nutritionists and herd managers correct anomalies before they lead to reduced performance or feed inefficiency.
The platform also retains its hybrid flexibility: the same sensor can be used in portable mode to analyse forage, silage and raw materials, creating analytical continuity from ingredients through mixing to the final ration.

The system uses an external unit that manages the software and communication with the machine, the weighing system, and the on-board terminal. This solution allows for complete integration and maintains the flexibility of using the instrument even in portable mode.
Software and machine communication are managed directly by the Polispec system, which communicates with the truck and scale. This is a more automatic and streamlined solution, suitable for stable and continuous installations.
The system is supplied with a tablet PC and a vehicle docking station. The operator selects the ration and manages the start and end of the measurement. It is a simple and flexible solution, requiring more manual intervention than integrated configurations.

Poliprocess is the software module designed for integrating the Polispec system into agricultural machinery and processing plants. It fully manages the acquisition, processing, and contextualization of NIR data during operations.
The software is compatible with CANBUS and ISOBUS architectures and uses a dedicated application on an ISOBUS terminal (VT) as a user interface, allowing direct control of the system from the cab.

The software is designed to integrate with major on-board systems and external devices, including:

Poliprocess integrates with the weighing system (or guides the operator) to identify the product to be analyzed based on the selected recipe (lactation, dry weight, fattening, etc.).
The measurement is performed at the end of the loading sequence. The system monitors the mixing process and signals when the maximum level of homogeneity is reached, indicating the correct time for distribution.
Each ration is recorded and archived, making the data available for consultation and comparison with theoretical values, as well as for analysis of stability and repeatability over time.
Portable kit and accessories to extend the sensor’s use to raw material inspection. The configuration can include tablets, batteries, docking stations, supports, and components for use in the field or on-board the machine.
